  I am grateful to Enlighten Electric for helping me with several small electrical problems when other companies were only interested in larger jobs. My text was answered promptly, and one of the partners stopped to help me on his way home from Greenville. Not only did he fix my problems, but also explained everything he was doing and checked out other potential problems with switches where grounding wiring had been removed during former remodeling.

  The power in our playroom randomly went out one Saturday around lunch. I did some research and came across Enlighten Electric. I called and left a message explaining my situation - thinking I would hear back sometime on Monday. Michael not only called me back to discuss the issue, he came on out and we had the power restored that evening. Not only did he fix the issue, he inspected our electrical panel to ensure everything was in good working order. I was very impressed with his prompt service and plan to use him for any other electrical issues that I have in the future. Thanks again!

  We had just moved to a new home and needed to add some exterior lighting and a 240 V service for our Jacuzzi. I'm an Engineering type and thought I'd tackle it myself, but had heard about Enlighten Electric LLC from a friend. After making the appt. to scope out the work, the owner Michael F. arrived promptly at 10:00am as agreed. The quote he gave us was very reasonable, I had received (2) other quotes, but was really impressed with Michael's knowledge and integrity. Example: I was unaware of National Electrical Code (NEC) which specifies installation of an approved manual disconnect device adjacent to the hot tub, at least 5 feet away, and within line of sight. The choice was obvious, Enlighten Electric LLC. As agreed, Michael completed the work on time and actually below budget. In the project world, time and budget means everything. Bonus: I'm used to contractors leaving crap all over the place after they leave, but Enlighten Electric left the job looking better than they found it (Now that's diligence). Here are the reasons I'd hire Michael from Enlighten Electric LLC again: Professionalism, Promptness, Courteous/Polite, Good value, NEC Code-savvy, and a company with great core-values ;-) ahhhhhhh....... Finally, we gladly rehired Enlighten Electric LLC to complete some work on a couple of rental/lease homes we owned, Michael and Enlighten did not disappoint and they were consistent with their level of service. This was the icing on the cake. After speaking with Michael about his previous work life, I discovered he was a techie from the semiconductor industry. This definitely explains why he had so much attention to detail, was so highly trained, and knowledgeable of the NEC Code. Enlighten is a diamond in the rough, I would definitely hire them again for any electrical job, as they exceeded our expectations and provided us with the best customer experience we've had in a long time.   Enlighten electric helped get my house up to code and ready for market. The owner was very careful with my property and took his time to do the work correctly and neatly. I will definitely use them again when I have more electrical challenges.

  I can't thank Enlighten Electric enough for the great service and expertise. They responded quickly to my call. I had them tune up the main breaker box and had mention that my generator 110vlt circuits were the only ones actually working and the 220vlt circuit was completely dead. I was prepared to take it to a generator repair shop nearly 30 miles away, but during the conversation the serviceman said he would be glad to take a look at it. Once he did it was running in no time at all. They found that a connector had dislodged behind the housing. After re establishing the connection the generator was back in full service. This saved me a bunch of time and expense. Since then I've had them rewire my well pump and add a breaker box, switches, lights, and outlets to the well house. I also recommended them to my place of employment to wire a generator up to a mobile command center. Thanks guys! You are my source for anything electric.
